Ask The Appraiser Event

The Nicole Milford Real Estate Group & the Rose Garden Estates community hosted an amazing Ask The Appraiser Event coupled with the ability to see and view the homes in this stunning lifestyle community in Cedar Lake, Indiana, Rose Garden Estates.

We all have the knowledge that the current real estate market is functioning much differently than the markets of 2021 & 2022. We are seeing things like price drops, longer times on market, open houses & dare I even say it… NEGOTIATIONS happening now.

The thing is, this market isn’t one that as a REALTOR we haven’t navigated before and it’s one we will likely come across again.

Knowing this piece of information, Nicole wanted to provide an opportunity of learning for the local REALTORS so they would not only have the opportunity to ask questions of two of the top appraisers in our area, but also to mastermind together. Learning together, we all have the opportunity to help, not only each other, but also our buyers and sellers in this unpredictable market.

Two AMAZING appraisers were able to come in to help Nicole with the event. Mike G. & Mike S. gave their insights, REALTORS asked questions on their minds to help gain some understanding. The police showed up because we had too many people parked in the street (Isn’t that an amazing sign for the event turn out?). We all had an amazing time.
