We look at the inventory of homes each week and how that translates into monthly supply of inventory.

Meaning that if you have 44 homes on the market and 35 homes sold in the last 30 days, you would have a total inventory of 1.25 months before all the homes on the market were gone.

Homes are still moving inventory is still sitting at low levels, so we are still advising buyers to get out and look at homes quickly as they are coming on the market.
