Remember that day that we hosted an AMAZING REALTOR event in Rose Garden Estates?

We had so many people show up that the police did too (to tell us to move our cars). I mean as realtors do we really pay attention to the parking signs? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Seriously though, the Ask The Appraiser event was extremely educational and helpful in this adjusting market. We had over 40 top Agents from the GNIAR MLS come out to learn and we are thankful they did!
