HVAC with SERVKEEP

My experience with Sean Lapsley started in 2018 when I decided to finish my basement on my first home. My contractors (Matt & Jeff, more to come on them), recommended Sean and I’m so grateful they did.

When finishing my previous basement, he not only ran all the ducts and returns, he also because a trusted part of my referral business. From that point on, he YEARLY services my furnace and AC to make sure all is working great. He takes the time to explain things (as we all know I like to talk and ask questions). He helped me close and open vents to get proper air flow through the home and really took the time to ensure that my home was running properly!

Moving onto my next project, he helped me to install a gas fireplace on my screened in porch. Ensuring that I had a gas line running to it, helped me install and then even answered my calls when it wouldn’t work (due to the batteries running out). He also extended a gas line to the opposite side of my deck for the gas grill.

Fast forward to 2024. We bought a new house and then needed a bunch of things done. He has not only serviced my furnace and AC and helped me to clean things out after a tremendous amount of drywall dust, he’s now in the process of helping me to install a large range hood and then getting HVAC into an attic that I now use for storage.

Sean and his team are always kind and quick to help. I’ve had clients call with no heat in the winter and he’s out there quickly to ensure they are safe. I’ve had no AC in the summer and of course, I tell clients to call Sean and he’s there to help.

Sean and his team will do regular service appointments for your home and they do not mention items needing fixed unless they are necessary, which to me makes him even more trustworthy

I’d suggest a call to him this season to get your HVAC tuned up and ensuring your in the best position possible as the weather changes!
