Nicole hosted an intimate event at her home in Crown Point on Saturday 10/15/22. The Nicole Milford Real Estate Group partnered with Jeannine Conte of Sleepwise Consulting to help provide an open space to speak about sleep, growth of small humans and more.

We had a group of 4 women attend the event and each was able to gather in a small group setting and learn from Jeannine about the habits of sleep and things that they can do in each of their worlds to help their little humans. The little humans ranged from 1 month old to 8 years old. We learned about things ranging from creating a bedtime routine and schedule to how to lay littles down and help them stay asleep.

Jeannine gave each mom personalized advice to help each situation with their children. The woman all felt like they were not alone (including Nicole), with struggling with sleep. In fact… the next day, Nicole started implementing a regular bedtime routine with her littles (summer threw that off), and the kids knew what to expect and went to sleep much easier and slept longer!
